extras casting agencies and photos
For background(extra) work, it is common practice for them to work with a photographer and charge a flat fee for it, but do not, under any circumstances, sign with a legit or commercial agent that requires you to use their photographer. Those are scams, but for extras casting agencies, this is pretty much typical.
