Voice, Voiceover & Singing
If you have a great voice, are articulate, and you want a great opportunity, then doing voiceovers is a great field to get into. Yes, a lot of celebrities do voiceovers, but there are plenty of individuals like you doing them too. All you have to do is audition for the part.
"I am an experienced singer, but I can't play the piano well enough nor do I know anyone who can play the piano for me so I can practice with the sheet music. In the actual audition it sometimes comes as a shock how different the background music sounds, and with my nerves already on high tension it can throw me off.
How do you prepare to perform a song in front of auditioners without hearing how their accompanist is going to play the music? Thank you so much for your time, - Joey Kovach"

Again the caveat: Disagree if you wish, but realize there are other valid approaches which MIGHT work if your own approaches are (1) not getting auditions from submissions, (2) not getting callbacks, (3) not getting you cast.

How to Control Your Voice on Stage
"Chad: I am in the tenth grade and preparing for our next production. My drama teacher told me that I am good actor, but I have one problem. My voice isn't as low as it is normally when I am on stage. When I try to speak louder than usual my voice goes into a bit of a higher pitch. Do you have any tips on how to keep my voice low without sounding fake? Thank you very much, Sam"
Sam: Thanks for the question. Since this isn't my specialty, I'm going to turn you over to my experts.
