I'm 60 years old. No big deal, right? Yes, but I didn't start acting professionally until I was 50 years old. I was a theatre major in college, but was too afraid to give acting a try as a career. But, finally after years of working as a teacher and technical writer, I decided to go back to my first love - acting. I've been working as a stage actress in the local dinner theatre for 10 years. Now that my kids are grown, I'm ready to seek work outside my area. I'm starting at the age of 60, but I'm not afraid anymore. I'm just excited. So - NEVER GiVE UP ON YOUR DREAM!
