During auditions with casting directors or meetings with agents, should you lie about your age - especially if you look younger?

It all depends on the role (& whether or not you are legal 18). For example: If you are over 18, and you audition for a high school role and you look 18TPY (over 18 to play younger), tell the director you're over 18. You really shouldn't mention your age unless your under 18.

But do tell your agent or manager how old you are so they can determin your "TYPE" and submit you for roles that match your type
