The state legistlature is dragging their feet on the tax incentive here. So projects are going to other places.

I'm disappointed in the lack of interaction on any of the sites I'm on. I send messages to people and get no response and no one contacts me.

I worked on The Beast 3 days last week. The shortest day was 12 hours.

This last weekend I worked on a pilot called Assisted Living. I had a small speaking part. It was a freebie, but I did it because I have virtually nothing for a reel.

A few months ago a friend asked me to form a prouction company with him. I readily agreed as I want to advance in the business. I'm not getting anywhere as an actor and want to move into directing, producting and writing. I got business cards, we put up a site and I added a forum to it, all in an effort to raise our profile.

He's quite a bit younger than I am and recently got his SAG card. Now he tells me that his LA agent says he cannot be involved as it is a conflict of interests.

Is that right? Can someone let me know? I don't even know if anyone reads this.

What I want to do is direct and produce. I'm also a writer and have a novel available on Amazon. In Search of a Vision, ISBN number 1887895248. I think it would make a good graphic novel or animated film. I'm currently looking for someone with experience in that area. I'm also working on a sequel to In Search of a Vision and another novel as well.
